Join Lyon's Pride member Barbara Smith ’69 as she reflects on her time shaping the Combahee River Collective and co-authoring the Combahee River Collective Statement. Smith will also discuss the statement's relevance to today's issues, as well as the skills she developed at Mount Holyoke that helped her contribute to building Black feminism. The event will be held in Gamble Auditorium and also livestreamed.
